The first section is the introduction, and the encouragement to ACTUALLY DO THE EXERCISES AND STUFF, NOT JUST READ THEM. The second section covers social basics: don't be pushy, don't be needy, don't be [insert AFC behavior here]. But the third section is where it starts really getting useful, it has a lot of the techniques that are used for writing/saying/being funny. "
